2002 All Other Makes All Other Models Glow plug indicator light

I have a 2002 New Holland TC35 tractor. It is a 35hp, 3 cylinder diesal. The glow plug indicator light does not come on and the tractor does not start as smoothly as it did before the indicator light wouldn't come on. I tested the indicator light's socket and it is "hot." Replaced the bulb so it's not that. Have the glow plugs failed? It has less than 1200 hours on the clock.

Start with checking the continuity of each glow plug, remove buzz bar or power wires and test for continuity between post on top of plug and glow plug body, if no continuity the plug will be burnt out and req replacing.
