Volvo S60 Window Problem
Driverside power window regulator will bend I replaceed it and bent the replacement

Did you install new sliding blocks as well? The old blocks could already been worn causing the arm to jump back out and bending. When you get new sliding blocks you will see the new regulator arms will not snap in that easy so you know it will not pop back out.
