2001 Volvo S40 Repair Question

Where or how can i fix my moonroof shade?
I have a 2001 volvo s40. The shade of the moonroof would not proper close so when I close my moonroof, it drags the shade to a point where it is crushing the top edge of the shade even more forward. The moonroof works fine but the shade is not properly closing to where it is suppose to stop. What do I do to fix it?

it sounds like it is distorted from your description. i would verify that there is nothing in the tracks blocking its movement. beyond that, you need a sunroof shop that can see this, identify the issue and give you a resolution

There's nothing blocking the tracks. If I try to pull the shade open, it won't go underneath the sunroof. It stops. How much do you think it will cost for it to be repaired?

no idea. i have not seen it to determine the damage. can you send pictures??
