I was on my way home the other night and my 2001 VW Golf 1.8t started making loud noises. I opened the hood the next day and found a spark plug had come out. I put the spark plug back in, it repeated. I changed the spark plug and now the plastic piece that goes over it is coming loose as if the compressed air is escaping past the spark plug on one cylander. What could be wrong?
