I accidentally let my oil on empty and no it make a weird noise and it shakes and I have put fresh oil in to see if it makes a difference but it didn't and the revs keep going up and down and it has loss power is it fixable please

I'm afraid you are probably looking a replacing the engine now. It sounds like serious, permanent damage has been done now. You can relate oil to your own blood. You can't survive without it.
