I have a scanner, the three codes are p0125, p0420 and p1130. The rear sensor o2 is new, is an OEM denso. The front o2 sensor is 2 years old, is a bosch. The cat is about 2 years old and is after market.

I have recently cleaned the MAF and air filter and changed spark plugs. No other codes ever show except infrequently a lean mixture code.

After being cleared, check engine light stays off 2-4 days and then comes back on.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

420 code is a converter so it may be that as you said you replaced 2 yrs ago but didn't put mileage replaced. Or it's an air leak prior to converter. 125 is a coolant temp problem so it may be a bad ect sensor. 1130 is air fuel mix is lean so check fuel pressure with a gauge which you may need an adapter so a pro may have to do this. Should be 38-44 psi must meet minimum number at idle
