2001 Toyota Tacoma Repair Question

Toyota Tacoma Abs Problem
The breaks are very soft almost to the floor. I have replaced the master cylinder, I have bled these beak's over and over again. Everything including the proportion value, is dry a a bone.
I am at my wit's end, trying to figure out what this problem may be. Can you help me out with this?

Is vehicle equipped with ABS?
Were the caliper slider bolts checked for smooth movement?
Is system equipped with load sensing valve?
