2001 Toyota Sienna Repair Question

Just mounted full size spare after flat and now lots of vibrations. can i drive car without damaging
Not sure how long since spare balanced

make sure the lug nuts are tight and if tire is old like more than 6 yrs i woldn't drive on it to long. it may smooth out after driving a little. you can always get it balanced too.
