Not sure how long since spare balanced
Just mounted full size spare after flat and now lots of vibrations. Can I drive car without damaging

Make sure the lug nuts are tight and if tire is old like more than 6 yrs I woldn't drive on it to long. It may smooth out after driving a little. You can always get it balanced too.
