Ca smog problem
I've a Toyota sienna 2001 with CA. smog issues even thought it isn't polluting the check engine light comes on... they say I must get a new computer... will a used one work?

You need to find out what's popping the CEL On-New computer is not cheap, have it scanned for OBD2 code/s and get back with the code/s
