Ok my car starts and runs but it runs at 2k RPMs white smoke and smells like burnt oil. Head gasket?

It runs at 2k when cold 1.5k when worm up and after it worms up if I turn it of and try to start it back up it takes about one minute sometimes more can somebody help me out and let me know what they think is going on with my car

Clean the idle air control valve, test coolant temperaure sensor and check fuel pressure

No it's not using any coolant so I replace the valve cover gasket and spark plugs and now it's misfiring. Could it be maf sensor cuz when it's connected it rpms go up to red line when it's disconnected it misfires. And could it be clogged cat?

And there is no oil in the coolant and no coolant in the oil

Well it runs ok starts hard no smoke but when I push the gas pedal it's just starting to run hard almost dies like it's misfires or fuel injectors or clogged cat?
