2000 has no power in the plug for the cam sensor what could this be

JUST PUT ANOTHER ENGINE IN VEHICLE CAR TURNS OVER FOR TWO SECONDS THEN STOPS I PUT A NEW CAM SENSOR IN BUT WHEN TURN THE IGNITION TO THE ON POSITION THERE IS NO POWER COMING OUT THE WIRING.

Could be the wiring to the CMH or the computer itself

Whats the cmh and where is located at and whats it s function and i replaced the computer

CMH is the camshaft sensor
