I have a 2001 Toyota Celica GT with the A/C not working. The compressor is not getting power to it. Is there a fuse or relay that needs to be checked and if so where is it?

Check the compressor relay. It is called the magnetic clutch relay (MG/C Relay)

What happens is the system get low on Freon so it shuts down the system. Here is a few guides and fuse locations just in case.
