2001 Saturn SL2 electrical problem

After car runs, car will not start for several hours. When car is cold it start no problem after the car runs for amount of time, the car will not immediately. I must wait a few hours before the car will start again.

When it doesnt start does it crank and not start or no crank no start?

I replaced starter that was not the problem. Turn key on an all the lights on the dash come on. But nothing happens

Thats strange its usually a bad starter when you have a no crank no start when the engine is hot. Do you have a multi meter to do some testing? You will need one to find the problem.
