I had a feeling that you didnt hook up the manual valve to the linkage. From the pressure readings it looks like a worn pressure regulator bore. You see how with the line pressure fuse pulled you have full line pressure. Also in reverse you have full line pressure. So the full line pressure part of the pressure regulator bore is good but the other part of bore looks worn from the pressure. Also having the 2nd 3rd and 4th gear codes that means a electrical problem or pressure issue. Looks like a pressure issue though. Before we do anything lets try this on the back side of the inside fuse box you will see two 68 way connectors the one closest to the front of the car unbolt that that one and pull it to you. Then look at the terminal side of the connector you will see a big fat red wire going into the connector terminal number F 5. See if the terminal looks open not closed compare it to the other terminals so you know what iam talking about.

Okay I unbolted the front 68 way connector it had 3 thick red wires on the bottom and one thick red wire on top. I found nothing wrong with the connectors they were all shinny and looked to make good contact with there pins.

Just out of curiosity why am I checking this connector. The red wires seem to go to the door relays.

The terminal F5 big red wire feeds power to the fuel pump relay and the transmission actuators.I have seen the terminal that makes contact with the terminal on the inside fuse box being open from the factory. Then as time goes on causes power losses to the actuators.

100psi in drive is a little low what is the pressure while driving down the road? The reason you have to rev it way up to take off from a stop is because when you get those gear ratio codes the computer defaults to 2nd gear only.

Backing out of the driveway the reverse pressure is 240 psi. I put the car into drive 100 psi. I go down the road the car shifts to second and goes to 240 psi. I pick up a little speed and the car go 100 psi and high rev's but does not shift. It stays that way (high rev's) until I stop and then the pattern repeats.

So sorry some how your question got lost in the suffle. Sounds like its taking off in default mode thats why the pressure goes up o 240psi when taking off. You already replaced the computer and the transmission pig tail if memory serves correct? So sounds like the valve body but check actuator buss plate terminal tightness to the actuators loose terminals do strange things. Also air check the 1st 2nd 3rd 4th clutch packs and the reverse servo piston to make sure the move and hold 60psi of air pressure.

Did you ever get the car fixed, I have a ver similar problem. My harness was burnt and buss plate do to a pressure control actuator being bad.(1 ohm) I chose to purchase a rebuilt valve body with the sonnax updates rather than fixing mine. Now I have no reverse and no upshifts an a setting a code p0746. I checked the wiring, I have a tech 2 and can command a test light on and off with the solenoid power test.

If you want to start your own question I would be more then happy to help you out.I hate answering more then one person per question just gets way too confusing. Just start the question out by saying this one is for saturntech9 and they will leave the question for me.
