Cop pulled me over said, "Your tail lights are out." (Also all my dashboard lights out as well) Checked the Manual, it said, "Check a red 10amp fuse under the hood (in the box of fuses under the hood);" and by chance I happened to find the one that was broken. Tested it by replacing it with new red 10 amp fuse, turned on lights to make tail lights come on, AND fuse busted immediately. Did it again, replaced same fuse, turned on lights. Same fuse busted again. Any suggestions I can do to fix this?

That means that you have a short in that circuit somewhere that will have to be found by a professional that understands electrical circuits and can isolate the source by process of elimination.
