Rover 75 Cylinder head Problem

I have a rover 75. it has been overheating for along time. Replaced the 2 top cylinder heads, gasket, thermostat and the engine block because it smoked badly. The car was test driven and moves and sounds very okay with no smoke again. But on parking the car, and the dipstick checked, the oil has mixed with water and water comes out of the silencer when ignition comes on. What can the problem be?
