How to repair ?

How to repair the rear wing for porsche 996 turbo . becouse it is not open , there is oil inside pump mybe less or what?

This is the wing that deploys at certain speeds, yes? Our reference material doesn't have much information for this system. Can you get it scanned for codes and see what comes up?
