Plymouth Neon Compression Problem

How do you read a compression test. And what is a normal reading in this vehicle? I am trying to replace it with another engine. The engine I am interested in has a cylinder compression of 150/180, 170/180 something to that effect. Good,Bad,......?

Thanks, Johnnie
