Olds silhoutte having trouble with ac vents (front) not opening or "sealing" when put on to recycle cabin air. where is the vacuum control unit & how do you trouble shoot. hoping it is a vacuum line. thanks

Sorry, no vacuum here. These are all electric actuators.
