First off, when I purchased this car every once in a while all the main dash lights would turn on, but if I restarted the car it went away. It happened once every few weeks, then every week, then every few days, now every time I drive it. Whenever they turn on now, it sounds like the ABS is kicking on and I feel the "vibration" in the pedal. It does it even when im accelerating now. Now sometimes all of the lights don't even come on with this happens. It will do it sometimes a few seconds apart, even in the middle of turning. Now on the left side it sounds like my strut is going out, even though I just replaced the struts about 1k ago. I got the rack and pinion done at the same time, if that matters at all.

Have a pro scan it it may be a bad dash or ground problem.

The dash lights turn off when you restart the car, I thought you could only check dash lights with the ignition on but the car not started. I tried scanning it with my personal scanner and I didnt pull any codes. May it be a bad abs module tripping the dash lights as well as posdibly going out?

Unless you have a pro style scanner the ones you get at auto parts will not read anything other than engine or transmission codes. They will not read abs or anything else in the car. If you hear sound like a groaning from abs then it is applying and something is wrong with it. This mayb something as simple as a ground issue with battery /body or frame but I thin k not the dash lights may be a bad dash or a body control module.
