My car is leaking some kind of fluid

In the front Im pretty sure its antifreeze cause my light is on saying its low but it does this like every 2 wks? I add coolant almost every two weeks cause my light will go off and on & its low what is the problem?

Sounds like you have a leak. You need to locate it and repair. Could be hose or gasket or cap or radiator itself has hole/crack. Could be loose connection on hose or pinhole or crack/split/rip.
