2001 Oldsmobile Alero Repair Question

My car is leaking some kind of fluid in the front im pretty sure its antifreeze cause my light is on saying its low but it does this like every 2 wks?
I add coolant almost every two weeks cause my light will go off and on & its low what is the problem?

sounds like you have a leak. you need to locate it and repair. could be hose or gasket or cap or radiator itself has hole/crack. could be loose connection on hose or pinhole or crack/split/rip.
