I turn ignition on and it starts but when accelerating it throws explosions and the car turns off. Could you please tell me what it could be? Engine was replaced so I can't really give you right mileage

I'm not sure what you mean by "Throws Explosions." Can you explain? Do you mean it backfires? Also, has the check engine light come on?

Yes it backfires but the check engine light doesn't turn on. It's a 1.8 liter sentra gxe with 143,142 miles.
