2001 Nissan Maxima Catalytic Converter and O2 sensor?

I have a 2001 Nissan Maxima with the Federal Emissions. I have learned that I need a new catalytic converter and oxygen sensor. They quoted me $1300 to $1500, is that a fair price? What is a fair price for repair? Should I get a second opinion?

If they gonna replace one of each converter and oxygen sensor

R/R Total Labor on both-2hrs

Parts cost C/Converter at $845.00 and O2 sensor at $170.00 per-still little bit on the high side with labor charges that can range from $70.00-$130.00 -shop around
