2001 Nissan Altima Repair Question

Nissan Altima Coolant Problem
Recently I was going to add engine coolant to my daughter's recent purchased car (2001 nissan altima). As per the manual it states to add the green fluid. However, when I looked in the reserve, it was orange. I know you cant or shouldnt mix however I was wondering if I should just add the orange fluid or have it flushed and filled with the green coolant?

go to a parts store and get the global that fits all colors. works in any application
