Cylinder #2 Misfire

2001 Nissan Frontier 3.3L V6 2WD. Engine misses when driven at any speed as well as idleing. I have changed spark plugs, distributor cap, and router. Finally hooked up to my machine and it reads: #2 Cylinder Misfire. Where do I look next or what do I do to fix this problem asap. I need my truck to go to work. That's for the info.

Make sure you have good blue spark at plugs with a spark tester, check compression on the suspect cylinder, if compression good and spark good, could be faulty injector.
