2001 Mitsubishi Space Star Repair Question

Car window
The passenger side window doesn't work when using passenger side controls,yet,it does when using the controls on the drivers side,i have had both motor replaced in the last 3 years

That could be a bad switch on the passenger side or even a bad switch on the driver's side or related wiring in between.
