Mitsubishi Montero Problem
What's the cause:
My car won't go into gear for several minutes, then it will suddenly jerk into gear.
I have to warm up my car for about 10 minutes before it will go into gear. Once working right, I can put in and out of gear as expected. However, if I let is sit for a while, then I have to let it warm up again for a while before it will go into gear.

check trans fluid first then have a trans guy look at it your seals may be going bad in trans
