Mitsubishi Galant Battery Problem
Changed alternator still turns off power removed

it should if you remove a battery cable. doing this does and tests nothing but may damage computers.
if you want to check the alt then check the voltage at the battery with the engine running. it should be 14 to 14.5 volts
