I have a 2001 galant 4cyl with new battery. Put key in and turn to accesory position and have power. When I try to start all power fails. Starter doesnt try to turn. Turn key off and back on have power again. Need help

Test your battery and check all the cable connections.

Battery fully charged 11.6 volts

That is not a fully charged, good battery. Have the battery tested.

Used jumper cables let run for 25 minutes same result
