Do i need a 4 wheel alignment after replacing outer tierod?

Yes. The joint between the inner and outer toe rod ends is the "toe" adjustment that sets the direction that wheel is steering. It must match the other wheel and the steering wheel. That adjustment is critical to prevent excessive toe wear.
