Okay after hitting a raccoon in my car it put a hole in the radiator which has been replaced with a brand new one,now it won't start could it be the fuel filter?? My car is a 2001 mercury sable

I would first be checking for spark, injector pulse and fuel pressure, run a scan as well, start here.
