I tried to run my windshield wipers after a heavy snow they worked for a second and then they stopped working, I didn't clean the ice around the wipers well enough.. now when i start my car I hear a clicking and it is dimming my dash lights as well as taking power from every click (as if)they are working but even with the wiper lever all the way down/off it continues at a rhythm of at about 4-5 seconds.. Could this be a blown fuse? The wiper switch still allows me to push in and control my back windshield wiper.. why is this energy going to my dash it won't stop its driving me crazy and this just happened about an hour ago. Anyone have any ideas?
