Codes 1569 and 0660

2001 MAZDA PROTEGE

I am having problems with my 2001 mazda protege and the problem numbers are 1569 and 0660. My car will not start at the moment. I need to locate the PCM and VTCS solenoid thats all i know. Any help would be much appreciated.

Diagram shows the location of the VTCS, VICS and PCM. Check the solenoids first.

Was any repairs done prior to this occurring?
