I have went thru 4 starters within a year.

I have went thru 4 starters within a year, something is frying them and my mechanic cant seem to find the problem, any suggestions

Check the battery cables leading to the starter an dfor a loose ground. Check batt to eng, batt to body and eng to body make sure all are clean. Also check for amissing heat shield. For starter.
