Parasitic Draw

I have had a issue with my battery being dead every morning. I have turned off every switch and knob I could find. I have a 300Ma, (I am using the 10 amp dial on my meter. It shows the draw at 300). I wait until the car has been sitting for an hour to ensure all functions have turned off. I have found the draw to be Maxi fuse #103 in my power distribution box under the hood. The fuse is for the Junction Box Battery Feed. When I pull the fuse, my draw drops to nothing. I have replaced the fuse but still have the draw.. Can you suggest where to go from here or maybe someone has had the same problem? I have never traced a circuit before, but I guess I need to learn.

A good place to start is by unplugging the GEM module. That's Ford's version of a Body Computer, and has caused a lot of problems. On the pickup trucks water drips onto it from a leaking windshield. Here is the location of the GEM and a guide to help us fix the problem.
