My check engine light comes on and off so I took it to auto zone and they told me it was my knock sensor.

First of all, they are parts salesman, not techs.

A code never identifies a bad part, just a failed system.
You need a shop with a scan tool, not a code reader, to monitor the knck sensor to verify if it is working properly and the wiring needs to be checked as well.

Stop with the fuses. You need a shop with a scan tool that can monitor the sensor activities. Without a scan tool you are spending a lot of money on items that dont fix the car.
