Where is the radiator cooling fan relay located on a 2001 jeep grand cherokee?

In underhood relay/fuse box

This one is not in the relay box. This truck uses a solid state relay and it's hidden very well.
The Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) cooling fan relay is located below the right headlamp behind the bumper fascia.
