I have a 2001 Jagaur Stype and the heater didn't work it blows air out but its not hot so I took it to the dearlership and they said to change the heater valve and water pump so I did and I changed the coolant and the heater still doesn't work and now the fan comes on when the heat guage is in the middle and it doesn't stop running what could this be
