Maf sensor
2001 Isuzu Rodeo 3.2 v-6 4wd. Will a faulty catalytic converter and oxygen sensor cause the mass air flow sensor to fail?

Not directly. The convertor and O2 sensor would give the MAF faulty readings, which could cause it to run rich/lean.
