2001 Infiniti QX Repair Question

Car bottoms out makes a loud noise like hitting left back tire wheel or frame
I have replaced the shocks on my 2001 Infinity QX4 because when I hit a bump or dip in the road it sounded like my car was bottoming out. After all 4 shocks were replaced it still bottoms out. One mechanic said it
could be the coils another the bushings.
What do you think?
