Fuse panel location and description please I need to know

i have a 2001 Hyundai Tiburon i need to know if there is a fuel safety shut off switch? if so where is it located? also where in this car is the relay for fuel pump?

Fuel Pump Relay In passenger compartment relay box Fuel Pump Check Connector Right rear of engine compartment, taped to harness its # 2 in the Fig below.
