Ilet the powersterring fluid run low on my car now the car sways and the steering wheel is cocked to the right when going straight

That is not something that low fluid can cause. Something has effected the wheel alignment and that usually means something got bent, usually from some type of impact. Worn out parts can cause it but that wouldn't happen suddenly.
