Horn doesnt work
Air bag light is also on. Just bought it Friday, private sale. No history or carfax.
Possibly wrecked? Could it be just a clockspring and can I repair it?

clock spring is common for both failures. dont recommend you work on air bag systems as you may set it off without following proper procedures.
