HYUNDAI ELANTRA AIR FILTER PROBLEM

2001 Hyundai Elantra • 180,000 miles

I have a 2001 hyundai elentra I have a power loss problem it is very slugist at times the check engene light came on went to auto zone did a oem test p1166 code a troubleshooting code which says Definition: heated oxygen sensor - bank 1 sensor 1 (HO2S11) Lambda at limit--rich condition probable causes 1. Fuel pressure to high 2. Fuel pressure regulator fault 3. Plugged air filter or exhaust 4. Failed injectors. The worker at auto zone checked my exhaust said it was good I told him I had just replaced the catiletic convertor new air filter I checked the plugs and they are not showing rich just the opposit they showed lean he said the fuel presure regulator at the end of the fuel rail showed a picture, I checked at the end of the fuel rail & it doesnt look like the pict with a wired plug into it it is more like a bolt or stop and no wired plug I regularly put in injector cleaner and then the check engene light went off like its ok but still has power loss help
