Hyundai Elantra Brakes Problem

I was driving then stopped at a place for approx. 5 mins. then when I started the car the brakes were locked, meaning both calipers were locked and I couldn't push down on the brakes, it was stiff. Once it cooled down it was back to normal, what can it be, maybe the booter pump, master cylinder?

have a pro check this it may be rubber lines going to calipers or calipers are frozoen or sticking on brackets

thank-you, i do have it booked in to be looked at and hopefully fixed but the tow guys couldn't grab the car this morning because of its position and that it wont even roll back in neutral :( one tow guy is a mechanic and even he couldn't work it out... oh well thanks anyway :)
