2001 Honda Prelude wont start

I change my camshafts and now it crank but dosent start. I have spark and fuel. I take the spark plug and I can see the fuel in it and I dont know what to do. Help me please

I would start with a compression test. It sounds like you have the timing belt installed incorrectly. You need to verify the marks.
