While driving home today my Civic just started chugging, the E-Brake light was flashing, and then it stopped accelerating. When I tried to restart it, everything on the dash flickered and flashed and the needles all jumped but it wouldn't start. The battery isn't dead because the lights and everything still work and I have half a tank of gas... No clue what's wrong! Just will not start now. Why won't my car start?
