Not likely to be the clutch pilot bearing as it stops working when clutch pedal is released completely. You would need to find out if the noise if from within or externl of transmission or clutch. It could be engine or other external components that is causing the noise. Without understanding what is causing the noise or its source it is not possible to trell what could be wrong and such noise problems are never easy detect.
