My minivan was experiencing actuator rods falling out of place. So I replaced the rods on it, and the battery because it was bad. Now, I can't get the van started for anything. I have checked for fuel click sound on gas cap, no sound. Just trying to troubleshoot here before I decide to throw in the towel on it. At the same time, the AC went out when the acutator rods were replaced. It's not started up again or drove since, as a pass window too won't slide down at same time. Do you think it's electrical, fuel pump? Gosh, I'm fit to be tied to be honest with you. Had a 99 for years with no problems ever. Purchased this one for my wife and seems everything is happening at once! Please anyone out there with a suggestion or helpful information in diagnostics I'd appreciate your advice as to what to try next. Fuses have been checked, relays all good too. Just doesn't appear that the fuel is getting to the engine, no scent of gas, unsure if there should be any with fuel injection? Tried starting fluid, still nothing! Thanks in advance for allowing me to ask :) I can't get it to a shop as I live in the country and the cost to tow to and from exceeds my bank right now.

Start by checking through the fuses first. You could have blown one or more.

For nonstarting, the link above should be helpful if the fuses are good.

Then you need to be checking what is missing causing the non starting.
