How to put the plenum back

I was changing the spark plugs and I removed the plenum I think a black plastic top cover, I forgot how the bolts went so I just put them on, but now the my van idles rough I was wondering if the bolts needed to be torque and had to go in order, thanks

Did you fit a new gasket, check for vacuum leaks, torquing the bolts in sequence is not super critical, just do then evenly.

You pulled the intake manifold just to change the spark plugs? Did you replace the gasket? 89 foot-pounds. Start on the inside and move to the outside.

There is a vacuum line that attaches right at the rear of the plenum that you may have missed.
